COVID 19 Update (4-Sep-2020)
Australia and New Zeland Orders Affected! (Latest update 4th of September 2020):

Unfortunately due to covid 19, Australia and New Zealand have delayed shipments =>

As per the Australian Post Website they wrote today (4th of September, 2020):

'Service delays to and from many countries

4 September 2020

We're experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. We're working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible.

We've suspended our “Economy Air” international delivery service for parcels to all countries, territories and regions effective 3 April and until further notice. Currently there are known delivery service delays to and from many countries, territories and regions.'

IF YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ALREADY:
1. If we have not shipped the item, you can request a refund (Within 3 days usually as it gets shipped out quite fast from our Asian warehouses)
2. If we have shipped the item, we will email you with alternatives.
